Return & Exchange Policy

Overview
Our return policy is applicable only in the case of manufacturing defects. Any return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by our quality team. You will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the item.
After inspection, we will inform you whether your exchange request is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Your exchange request will be processed.
- The replacement product will be shipped to you.
- Return tracking details will be shared via email.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. IndiFash will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
